The principal of APFL Ric Hayter, is a partner of the larger Asian Pacific Property Group with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. APFL is a fully accredited member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) and has dominated the local property scene over the last few years. The reason for this success can be attributed to the astute business skills of Ric Hayter and his wife Chris.
Who is Ric Hayter?
To say that Ric Hayter is a successful businessman is an understatement. Nothing short of “phenomenal” can be used to describe this man. With over 30 years experience, his business management skills can be traced back to the late 1970s when he founded Winchcombe Carson, the largest independent financial planning business in Melbourne, Australia. He went on to sell the business in 1984 to a leading finance institution. He later founded three more financial planning companies which now have offices on three continents.
In 1994, Ric Hayter founded the Queensland Property and Share Academy. This organization taught real estate and share investment education to first time investors. Ric would later commission the design of a stock market software program that helped investors trade. The software is known as Integra.

In addition to running APFL, Ric Hayter is a keynote speaker and seminar presenter on financial planning and investing. His financial planning companies are currently in a joint venture with Millhouse IAG, a leading venture capital and equity firm in Brisbane.
